Shipping
General Details
We ship worldwide with Canada Post from Toronto Canada. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please verify your order and contact us promptly in-case of any mistakes.
Incorrect Address
Packages are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Buyer pays for additional shipping costs due to an incorrect address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect your order.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. Typically within 48 hrs. Please note it can take longer during peak periods (ie. holidays, sales, etc).
If you need us to ship something in a hurry, please contact us here and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Times
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates but unfortunately cannot guarantee them. Because of this, we ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for all deliveries. If you haven't received your order within the 6 week window please contact us.

Tracking
Tracking can be purchased as an add-on option during the checkout process. Orders with a value over $100 come with free tracking. Please note that tracking comes standard with the Express Delivery option.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that’s it’s on its way. If you selected a tracked method of shipping, the email will include your tracking number.

Local Pickup
We are currently not offering local pickup. However, you are more than welcome to request pickup from any of the shows that we are scheduled to attend.
Import Fees & Duties
Please note that Fabled Creative is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We cannot mark shipments as gifts or alter their values.
Customs Processing
Orders travelling outside of Canada can become delayed due to clearing customs. Typical processing times are only 1-2 business days, but on occasion, times can reach a full week.
Packaging
Whenever possible we will ship artwork flat and inside a protective sleeve with a backing board and sealed inside a rigid flat mailer.
Oversized posters are rolled in tissue paper and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes. While pins, apparel, and other small items may be shipped in a bubble or poly mailer.
Environmental Efforts
Plastic Free Packaging
We only use paper for 99% of orders shipped to our customers. The only plastic used is in the end-caps for poster tubes. If you wish to avoid these then please refrain from ordering any posters 13x19 inches or larger.
100% Recyclable
All of our orders are packed with 100% recyclable materials.
Shop Policies
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal & Apple Pay.
Orders will not ship until payment has cleared.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final unless you receive a defective or incorrect item.
If there was a mistake with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to correct it! Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may return an unopened / unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Orders can usually be cancelled up to an hour after being placed. Contact us here with your name and order number to cancel.
Damaged Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email here and include photos of the item and packaging at the time of initial contact as well as your name and order number. We cannot process any damage claims without this info.
Missing Order
If you haven't received your order within the estimated shipping time, please wait an additional week and if still not received please contact us here.
Sales Tax
We are not required to charge sales tax outside of Canada. Orders placed within Canada will be subject to any GST, PST or HST sales tax respectively, sometimes inclusively.
Colour Accuracy
Although every effort is made to show our items accurately we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.
Additionally, due to the hand-crafted nature of screen printing, there may be slight variances from one printed piece to the next. Inks are all hand mixed in small batches. Each piece is screen printed and trimmed by hand.
Any slight irregularities are not flaws but rather the result of this artisanal process.
Size Accuracy
Print sizes may vary slightly from listing specs as our prints are all cut by hand. We do our best to make them as accurate as possible but there is a margin of error of usually no more than +/- 1/8”.

Recycling
Reducing waste is important to us, so we try to use only recyclable or biodegradable materials. Please dispose of all waste properly!

Artwork Questions
Out of Stock
If the product you want is out of stock please email us here and we will let you know as soon as it is restocked or if the product has been discontinued or has reached its production end.
Signatures
All original illustrations and screen printed work are signed by the respective artist who worked on it. In some cases, you will receive two signatures indicating that it was worked on by both of us.
Giclée prints will typically not receive signatures from us. If you want your pieces signed simply request it during checkout.
What is a Screenprint
Screenprints are handmade on a press, each their own individual work of art. Due to the fragile nature of hand-applied screen printing, and working with paper, these posters can only be promised in mint to near mint condition.
Small differences in colouring, soft corners, ink on the back of the print and other minor defects are part of the uniqueness of the screenprinting process.
What is a Giclée Print
It is often used by artists, galleries, and print shops to suggest high quality printing but since it is an unregulated word it has no associated warranty of quality.
To us, it means a high quality reproduction print made with a high quality paper and fade resistant ink.
Framing Options
We try to offer all of our work in standard framable sizes. If you are having trouble finding a specific size, please let us know and we will try to help direct you to some options.
Printing Options
We are currently not offering alternate printing options beyond what is available in the shop. However, if you have any suggestions we would love to hear them.
Print Alterations
We are currently not offering modified or customized prints of our existing work. We choose to make our work the way it is with a reason. We hope that you will respect our vision.
Tattoos
No need to ask for permission before getting yourself inked, but we do recommend purchasing a copy of the artwork for your tattooist to use as a guide and we ask that you send us a photo. We love to see our work on people!
Tattooists
If you are a tattooist and recreate one of our works for a client and wish to use it within your portfolio you are more than welcome to do so, but please give credit to us.
NFT’s
We do not sell nor do we have any plans to sell NFT’s. Any NFT’s produced of our work have been created without our permission.
