Gallimimus Skull
Gallimimus lived in what would be considered Mongolia today during the late Cretaceous period around 70 million years ago. The Gallimimus was discovered sometime between 1963 to 1965 during the Polish-Mongolian expedition of the Gobi Desert where they found an abundant amount of skeletal remains. The Gallimimus belongs to the Ornithomimosauria family which means Ostrich dinosaurs and it was the biggest of the family.
